A Breakfast Idea

This is called Bread Upuma, and it's good :)

Ingredients:
  • Bread, cubed
  • Vegetables of your choice ( I used frozen stir fry ones)
  • 1/2  onion, sliced
  • Little oil, for frying
  • black mustard seeds (fried with the onion first)
  • Salt and sugar to taste
First fry the onion and mustard seed. Then add veggies. Then add the bread cubes and keep stir frying. Then sprinkle with salt and sugar.
