Bread Making

The other night I was hungry for bread....and since we didn't have any in the house, I thought I could make some quick dinner rolls for supper. It's one of my favorite recipes. I like adding a melted mixture of honey and butter on the top near the end for a nice glaze.



While I was using that cookbook....I saw this other recipe...and it looked really good too...and I've always wanted to try making pretzels!


It said to keep the dough for an hour in a draft-free, warm place. Hmm....draft-free.....ah yes! Brilliant!

They turned out just nice...all 12 of them. :)
